Coach Nick Fleming

Owner - Kicking/Punting Director

Coach Nick started All American Kicking at the urging of his former mentor and head coach Urban Meyer in 2007. He began teaching a handful of students, giving back his expertise and experiences to help the younger athletes achieve there goals. When each one of those small number of students went on to play college, and his former teammates that he helped began winning major college football awards, he knew his teaching did indeed have an impact on his students.

Through his experience, Coach Nick has developed a training plan that has seen tremendous success throughout the years. He has taught hundreds of specialists, ranging from 8 year olds to NFL starters.  Each student is approached differently based on age and skill level; every athlete has different skill levels and each student learns at a different pace, so creating a unique plan for each specialist is important to Coach Nick.

Since 2007, Coach Fleming has put 70 athletes into college and has seen his students win the top college football awards, including multiple All Americans and a Ray Guy Award winner. His high school students have been Under Armor and US Army All Americans, and have continually been All-State performers year after year.

Coach Fleming believes success comes from individual attention and the recognition that each athlete is different and that many styles are possible to be successful. He feels that no matter the skill level, if the desire is there, there will be an opportunity to play at a higher level. With honest feedback, a good plan, and an athlete hungry to improve, anything is possible.

Coach Fleming's teaching style goes well beyond just teaching his student to kick the ball high and far downfield. This is evident in the amount students that are ready to play at the next level as soon as they step on campus. A staggering 97% of students who train with coach Fleming consistently start as freshman or redshirt freshman at the next level. When Coach Fleming is not on the field coaching, he can be found spending time with his wife and two young boys. He enjoys poking at the analytics and physics side of kicking, consistently looking for ways to improve his strategy for coaching. Contact Coach Fleming at
